Host Hotel ~
The host hotel will be the Comfort Suites in Glen Allen, Virginia. The hotel has given us a special discounted rate of $89.99 for standard suites. It also offers unique two bedroom, two bathroom suites with full kitchen for a discounted rate (you will have to call for that rate).
The Comfort Suites is located in a desirable location with shopping, restaurants and a movie theatre nearby. Click on the hotel name for a virtual tour and photo gallery with additional photos.
*** You will have to reserve rooms during a specific time frame in order to get the special rates. we will send you the reservation information as soon as it is confirmed.

Our Saturday picnic will be held at Three Lakes Park, which is about seven miles from the hotel. Click on the park name for additional information.
